We have an online booking system for Parents' Evenings.

For the 2026-27 academic year Parents' Evenings will continue to be online/virtual meetings.

Bookings open for each Parents’ Evening 2-3 weeks before the event. Parents and carers will receive a letter from school prompting you to book your appointments.

8 October 2026 - Year 13 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
19 November 2026 - Year 9 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
1 December 2026 - Year 12 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
13 January 2027 - Year 11 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
26 January 2027 - Year 7 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
4 February 2027 - Year 10 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm 
16 March 2027 - Year 8 Parents' Evening, 4.30 - 7.30 pm

On rare occasions, a member of staff may not be able to attend the scheduled Parents' Evening. Where possible an alternative online appointment may be offered on a different date and be made available through the booking portal. Please not that alternative appointments can not be guaranteed and will only be offered in exceptional circumstances.

Step 2: Select Parents' Evening
Step 3: Select Booking Mode
Step 4: Choose Teachers
Step 5a: Book Appointments (Automatic) OR
Step 5b: Book Appointments (Manual)
Step 6: Finished

Virtual Parents' Evening:

Step 1: Log in and Join Video Appointments.
Step 2: Video Call screen
Step 3: Start Appointment - Making a Call
Step 4: Start Next Appointment - Follow on Calls

Please be aware that appointments will always end at the scheduled time.

Please note under certain unavoidable circumstances your appointment(s) may have to be rescheduled. If this happens, all of your child's teachers will endeavour to contact you after the parents' evening to talk about your child's progress.
