We have an online booking system for Parents' Evenings.

We began holding Virtual Parents' Evenings in November 2020 as we were unable to invite parents into school due to COVID-19 restrictions. For the 2023-24 academic year Parents' Evenings will continue to be virtual meetings.

17 September 2023 - Year 11 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
15 November 2023 - Year 13 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
29 November 2023 - Year 12 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
7 December 2023 - Year 9 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
11 January 2024 - Year 10 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
22 February 2024 - Year 8 Parents' Evening, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
25 April 2024 - Year 7 Parents' Evening, 4.30 - 7.30 pm

To access the Allerton Grange Parents' Evening Booking System, please click on the link https://agrange.schoolcloud.co.uk/ or copy and paste the url to your browser.

Guide for Booking Appointments:

Step 1: Log In
Step 2: Select Parents' Evening
Step 3: Select Booking Mode
Step 4: Choose Teachers
Step 5a: Book Appointments (Automatic) OR
Step 5b: Book Appointments (Manual)
Step 6: Finished

Virtual Parents' Evening:

Step 1: Log in and Join Video Appointments.
Step 2: Video Call screen
Step 3: Start Appointment - Making a Call
Step 4: Start Next Appointment - Follow on Calls

Please be aware that appointments will always end at the scheduled time.
