University Webinars

Want to Find Out More About University?

The University of Bradford UK Recruitment team will be hosting free live Webinar Wednesdays every week at 12pm from 29 April until 27 May 2020

The webinars can also be watched live on YouTube for anyone unable to sign into Zoom on the day and past webinars are available to view on our YouTube at any time too.

The topics for each session are; Choosing a University, Applying for University, Student Finance, Apprenticeships and Life at University. All will be presented by university and company representatives ready to answer students' questions and provide expert advice. See full details here.

The team are committed to helping ensure AGS students make the right higher education decisions during this period. They understand the challenges both Year 12s and 13s are facing, with fairs and open days not running, and changes to grades and 2020 admissions. Webinar Wednesdays will provide the opportunity for students to ask questions and find out the answers they need. Parents and teachers are also welcome to sign up.

Applying This Year?
UCAS Extra remains open until 5 July for applicants who have used all their five choices and are not currently holding any offers. This could provide an opportunity for your students to consider an alternative course choice or perhaps a university nearer home.

Applicants who have not yet applied in this cycle can still make a main scheme application until 30 June, so there is still plenty to time to research higher education options online, to apply for 2020 entry and to secure a place before clearing.
