Forensic Literature

Author, Malcolm Rose, spent the day at Allerton Grange School. working with groups of students from Years 7, 8 and 9. He showed us how his Chemistry background helped to create realistic thrillers, even when set in a different version of reality.

During the session, students were challenged to spot forensic clues and work out the evidence, proving that Malcolm had actually visited Allerton Grange. Year 8 were fantastic detectives, achieving this in record time!

Year 9 were lucky enough to have a world-exclusive preview of Malcolm’s new book, a partner story to his Carnegie nominated ‘Connor’s Brain’.
