Printmaking with Art

It was a very busy week in the art department with visits from Year 5 students from Talbot, Moor Allerton Hall and Gledhow Primary schools. In total, 180 students came to Allerton Grange to experience printmaking on a very grand scale.

They loved the experience and students were really proud of their results; they were able to take their prints back to their schools to display. The words 'best art lesson ever!!’, were heard from the mouths of some of the Moor Allerton pupils.

Mrs Maurice, Curriculum Leader for Art and Technology, said “It was great to see their enthusiasm and they achieved so much in a relatively short space of time.”
