Granada Visit
At the beginning of June, a group of Allerton Grange language students escaped rainy Leeds and visited sunny Granada, Spain, with Miss Hamilton and Mr Bennett.
The students had a full itinerary. The main trip was to the Alhambra Palace which was absolutely beautiful. The group attended Spanish language lessons, had a tour of the old city to explore Granada’s heritage and take in spectacular views.
They visited the Granada science park where there is a planetarium, aquarium and animal centre. They also went to the Spanish Inquisition Museum where there were many instruments of torture from the fourteen hundreds!
Ms Hamilton said: “The trip was a great success and enjoyed by all. The students were very well behaved and had a great time.”
