Christmas Break Information

On behalf of everyone at Allerton Grange, we wish you and your family a safe and peaceful Christmas holiday.

Allerton Grange will close on Friday 18 December for the Christmas break and will reopen on Monday 4 January 2021. Please read Mr Roper's End of Term letter for further details, plus the Extra Curricular Timetable from Jan 2021.

Arrangements for Friday 18 December:

  • School will be open to all students as normal (unless they have been instructed to self-isolate).
  • Lessons will run until 11.30 am for Years 11, 12 and 13; and until 11.45 am for Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 when students will be dismissed.
  • Students will be permitted to wear a Christmas jumper over their school uniform on this day. A donation of £1 should be made in the days leading up to Friday. All donations will be given to the homeless charity “Shelter”. This is not a non-uniform day.
  • Chartwells, our catering provider, will be serving a normal menu at break time. There will be no provision for a lunch service.
